Fee Guide
We believe that everyone deserves access to high-quality dental care and money shouldn't be a barrier to receiving the treatment that you need. Our fees have been carefully structured to reflect the high level of care we provide.
Treatment costs will vary depending on the complexity of your individual case. After your examination, if any treatments beyond a hygiene appointment are needed, we’ll provide you with a personalised treatment plan that clearly outlines all associated costs.

Payment Plans:
We understand that the thought of a high-cost treatment plan can feel overwhelming. To help make your care more accessible, we offer interest-free monthly payment options. These are available by arrangement only with our Clinical Manager. Please contact us to learn more.
Insurance Providers:
While we are not affiliated with or able to bill any dental insurance providers directly, we are happy to support you in making a claim for reimbursement with your insurer.
We can provide you with fully itemised receipts after each visit which include confirmation of your completed treatments.
We recommend that you contact your insurance provider ahead of time to check which treatments are covered and bring any necessary claim forms with you to your appointment.
If you have specific questions about the documentation we can provide, feel free to contact our reception team - they’ll be happy to assist.
Payment Terms:
Payment is due at the time of your appointment. We accept payment by cheque, cash, and all major debit and credit cards, with the exception of American Express.
If payment is not received within 14 days of your treatment, a 3% monthly interest charge will be applied to the outstanding balance.
Cancellation Policy:
If you’re unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us as early as possible. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend an appointment without notice, may incur a charge, particularly if we’re unable to fill the reserved time. Charges for missed or late-cancelled appointments are based on the length of the appointment.
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen situations can occur. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible - fees may be waived at our discretion.
