Have you remembered to claim your child's free check up yet for 2023?
All residents under the age of 18 in the Bailiwick of Guernsey are entitled to one check-up per year covered by Family Allowance Services. If you haven't claimed yet for 2023, or would like some more information on how to claim, please contact the practice and our reception staff will be happy to help you.
