About you
We focus solely on our patient’s individual needs, there is no ‘one size fits all’. At your dental examination appointment, if you need further treatment all the options will be discussed and explained to you by your dentist. We will listen to your concerns and support you with your decision making. Although your dentist will give you their expert advice, your decision will always be respected. We will then provide you with a treatment plan including the costs so you can make an informed decision on your treatment with no hidden surprises.
We understand that many people are anxious about visiting the dentist, especially if they have had a bad experience in the past. We focus on getting to know our patients, helping you feel relaxed and listened to. You may have dental pain, be self-conscious about your teeth, have dental anxiety, or a busy work schedule that makes it difficult for you to attend in normal working hours. Whatever your concerns, we will do our best to help.
